Returns

If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 30 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition.

Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition.

International Customers

Unfortunately, we don't cover the cost of international returns, this charge will be at the discretion of the customer and we always recommend returning the goods back to us using a traceable service. We only refund for the cost of the goods that have come back to us. We do not refund the original postage charge or the return postage charge. Exceptions are, of course, made to items that are faulty or were sent out incorrectly on our part.

All goods will be inspected on return; if they arrive in an unsuitable condition, you may not be eligible for a refund and we may send the goods back to you. Your return will be processed within 2-3 working days of the goods being received by our warehouse.

Make sure your returns are safely packaged, as we cannot accept responsibility for items that are damaged upon receipt. Although the original packaging doesn’t have to be used, we’d appreciate it if you could try!
